- We accept reservations, but can only hold items for 10 days.
- For out-of-stock items, we send refunds, but can issue credit slips if you prefer.
- Please list alternates whenever possible.
Returns
- All titles, both new and collectable ones, are guaranteed against defects.
- Gradings for collectable titles are (obviously) subjective; please bear this in mind when ordering.
- We do ask that you contact us within 7 days after receiving a defective title.
- Of course, we cannot guarantee that you will like a particular record, and can't accept returns for that reason. When in doubt, please do your homework before ordering that title.
